6” gutters provide 40-50% more water capacity then past styles of 5” K-Style gutters. Utilizing this size allows us more control in dictating where downspouts can be located. This will help keep water from high traffic areas as well as areas that are prone to water damage and saturation. Many places across the US have retired 5” gutter machines as ineffective dinosaurs. We also provide 7” and 8” seamless gutters for commercial applications. We do offer 5” gutters for the homes where 6” is not necessary for you.
Our wide mouth outlets paired with 3x4 downspouts create more flexibility in downspout locale and prevent things such as bottle necking and airlock. Bottle-Necking is the process in which debris collects around the small hole in your antiquated gutters that leads to your downspout. A small handful of debris can clog your gutters causing overflow, roof rot, and foundational damage. The wide mouth outlets offer a 3.75”x6.25” opening leading into our 3x4 downspouts. This will allow the debris to funnel through the downspout as effective water flow guides debris out of
your gutters & downspouts.
Our traditional 6” K-Style gutter takes a step forward with our custom leaf rib roller. The leaf rib roller creates channels in the bottom of your seamless gutters. These channels add rigidity to your gutter system preventing unsightly affects such as oil-canning. More so, they create channels that allow water to pass underneath debris, helping to pull the debris towards our widemouth outlets, and out of your seamless gutters.
Companies that employ subpar industry standard practices will use screws electroplated with zinc or stainless steel. This is an outdated technology that needs to end in order to provide exceptional installations. Each style of screw has a short life span when in contact with the aluminum gutters. Electroplated Zinc will show signs of rust and breaking within the first year. Stainless steel screws start having negative effects within 8-10 Years. These effects are caused by galvanic corrosion. Our Ruspert screws use cutting edge technology that uses a carbon steel substrate galvanized in Zinc. When said screw is galvanized in Zinc, it is put through a process of chemical layering that is corrosion resistant. Once that is done our screws are coated in ceramic, offering three layers of supreme protection.
We pair these screws with the strongest gutter hangers on the market spaced at 18” throughout your seamless gutter system. Raytec has dominated the industry in quality & innovation since 1953. In contrast to some of the other obsolete products mentioned, Raytec hangers have withstood the test of time without fail.
